超声波清洗机总过程作为一连续反应,过程控制可能有下述几种情况:1)决定速率步骤为外扩散,过程在外扩散区进行;2)决定速率步骤为内扩散,过程在内扩散区进行;3)决定速率步骤为化学反应,过程在动力学区进行;4)上述三个步骤阻力相近,任一步骤均为决定速率步骤,一个过程的决定速率步骤并非是固定不变的,在一定条件下可以转化,影响最明显的外因是温度和搅拌强度。在实际生产中的浸出过程,因反应器尺寸、搅拌速度一定,为达到理想的浸出率,不可避免的要延长反应时间,对某些过程还要相应提高反应温度。
